Oakmont Residential Association Community News and Events

Get Ready for Pool Season!

We’re pleased to announce that the neighborhood pool will open for the season on Friday, April 24, 2026. We look forward to another great summer and appreciate everyone’s help in keeping the pool area clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the pool rules and guest policy prior to use (see below).

New Rocking Chairs on the Front Porch!

We’re excited to share that we have added brand-new rocking chairs to the front porch area! These comfortable new additions are the perfect spot to relax, enjoy some fresh air, and catch up with neighbors.

We invite all residents to stop by, take a seat, and enjoy the view — whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. Please help us keep the area clean and welcoming for everyone by treating the new chairs with care.

Happy rocking!

Trash and Recycling

To help keep our community clean and attractive, we kindly ask all residents to follow these trash container guidelines:

  • Trash and recycling containers may only be placed outside for collection the evening before collection.
  • Trash must be contained to protect from animals or spillage.
  • Trash and recycling containers must be removed from sight the same evening of collection and stored out of sight—either inside your garage or behind your fence.

We appreciate your cooperation in preserving the overall appearance of our neighborhood.
